2. Appointment Requests

Appointments submitted through our website are considered requests only and are not automatically confirmed. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will contact you to discuss your care needs, confirm service availability, answer any questions, and schedule your consultation or service. Submitting an online form does not guarantee an appointment.

3. Communication

We may communicate with you through phone calls, email, text messages (SMS) where permitted, and secure online forms. By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving communications related to your inquiry, appointment, services, invoices, or account. We do not sell your contact information to third parties.

4. Private Pay Services Only

Beyond Comfort Private Care LLC is a private pay home care provider. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or private health insurance, do not bill insurance companies or submit insurance claims, and do not guarantee reimbursement from any insurance provider. All services are paid directly by the client or their authorized representative.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Debit Cards
  • Stripe
  • Other approved electronic payment methods

Accepted payment methods may change without prior notice.

6. Secure Online Payments

Online payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors, including Stripe or similar providers. Beyond Comfort Private Care LLC does not store complete credit card numbers, does not store CVV security codes, and does not have direct access to your complete payment credentials. All payment information is processed using secure, encrypted technology by the payment processor.

7. Third-Party Payment Disclaimer

Payment services are provided by independent third-party providers. Beyond Comfort Private Care LLC is not responsible for payment gateway outages, banking delays, card declines, processing errors, fraud investigations by financial institutions, payment processor downtime, or errors caused by your bank or card issuer.

8. Pricing

Service pricing may vary depending on the type of care requested, hours of care, level of assistance required, scheduling needs, client assessment, and service location. Pricing may be discussed during your consultation before services begin.

9. Payment Responsibility

The client, responsible party, or legally authorized representative is responsible for paying all agreed service fees. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, delayed scheduling, cancellation of future appointments, or collection efforts where permitted by law.

10. Chargebacks

If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us immediately. We ask that clients attempt to resolve payment concerns directly with Beyond Comfort Private Care LLC before filing a chargeback through their financial institution. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks for services already provided may result in suspension of services and recovery efforts as permitted by law.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. Beyond Comfort Private Care LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests for services already rendered or where otherwise permitted by law.

12. Fraud Prevention

To protect our clients and business, we reserve the right to decline appointments or payments that appear fraudulent or suspicious — including stolen payment methods, identity theft, false information, unauthorized use of another person's payment card, misrepresentation of identity, or attempts to interfere with payment systems. Suspected fraud may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

13. Website Contact Forms

When you submit information through our website, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, that you are not impersonating another individual, and that your inquiry is lawful. Submitting false or misleading information may result in refusal of services.

14. Response Times

We strive to respond to inquiries as quickly as possible. However, response times may vary depending on business hours, holidays, weekends, service demand, and emergency situations. Submitting a message through our website does not create an immediate caregiver-client relationship.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Beyond Comfort Private Care LLC shall not be liable for delays, losses, or damages arising from third-party payment processor failures, internet interruptions, banking errors, technical website issues, communication delays beyond our reasonable control, or unauthorized actions by third parties.

16. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Contact & Payment Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the updated Effective Date.

17. Governing Law

This Contact & Payment Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Massachusetts.

This Contact & Payment Policy is written for general informational purposes and is not intended to serve as legal advice.
